Registry Cleaner Help

What’s A Registry?

If you have Windows, you have a registry. The registry is like a diary. It helps keep things running. Your registry is filled with important information. But old or unneeded information can accumulate. When this happens, your computer suffers. The bad information has to go. When it goes, computer performance will return. It’s not really dirty. But it does needs cleaning.

Do I Need Registry Cleaner?

If your computer is running slow, constantly crashing, and taking forever to start up and shut down, you need to check your windows registry to make sure that everyone is in working order. A corrupt registry is the number one reason why people have computers that run slow. You can try to fix your registry on your own, but most experts, including myself, do not recommend this, since so many things can go wrong. Therefore, the best way to clean up the registry and get everything back in working order is to use a registry cleaner.

What Characteristics Should Registry Cleaner Have?

We performed a number of registry cleaner reviews to find which software will do the best job. We took a number of factors into consideration. Most important is the scanning process. How many errors did the registry cleaner find on our system, and were those errors valid? Some programs showed errors that were not really errors at all. They were actually important files that could do major damage to our computer if we had erased them.

Another factor we looked at when conducting registry cleaner reviews is how easy the software was to use. Do you have to be an expert in computer repair to use the registry cleaner, or will a novice be able to figure it out? Most people fall into the novice category, or at least close to it.

And finally, another important factor was price. Did the more expensive registry cleaners do a better job? And were the cheaper programs lacking in important areas?

But how do you choose a registry cleaner? There are so many!
